Sourced from Selva Norte in Peru's Cajamarca region, this washed-process coffee presents a luxurious sweetness. Rich maple syrup forms the foundation, while delicate nougat adds creamy depth and macadamia brings unique complexity. The blend of Catimor, Caturra, Pache, Typica, and Bourbon varieties thrives at 1,750 MASL, producing a harmonious coffee that's an extremely smooth and approachable coffee for everyone.
